Danny Masterson is Charles H. Sloanon the move once again.
The "That '70s Show" star, 47, has been transferred out of Corcoran State Prison in Central California, a maximum security prison in California that once held cult leader Charles Manson. According to online records from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Masterson was moved to the California Men's Colony, a male-only state prison located in San Luis Obispo, California.
A representative for the CDCR confirmed to USA TODAY Monday that Masterson was transferred to the new facility on Feb. 16. The CDCR added that "by law" they "cannot disclose information about reasons for transfers or detailed housing information."
The minimum and medium security prison, per the CDCR, consists of two complexes. The facility offers various educational and self-improvement programs, including "cognitive behavior therapy programs, substance abuse education, criminal thinking, anger management and family relationships," the website says.

In January, records showed that Masterson was transferred to Corcoran State Prison, where Manson was housed beginning in 1989. That facility is described as one of 10 institutions for the state's "most violent and dangerous male offenders," per the corrections department.
The move came after, also in January, a state judge denied Masterson bail pending his appeal after deeming him a flight risk, according to documents The Wrap and Deadline.
"If defendant's conviction and sentence are upheld on appeal, he will likely remain in custody for decades and perhaps the rest of his life," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo wrote.
"In light of the fact that defendant has no wife to go home to, defendant now has every incentive to flee and little reason to return to state prison to serve out the remainder of his lengthy sentence should his appeal be unsuccessful."

Olmedo also noted that Masterson has "every incentive to flee and little reason to return to state prison to serve out the remainder of his lengthy sentence should his appeal be unsuccessful," referring to his recent split from estranged wife and actress Bijou Phillips, who filed for divorce about a week after his Sept. 7 sentencing.
Masterson was convicted last year of raping two women, and he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison. In December, authorities confirmed that the actor had been admitted to North Kern State Prison in California, The Associated Press reported.
Olmedo previously told Masterson during his sentencing that he is "not the victim here," adding "Your actions 20 years ago took away another person’s voice and choice. One way or another you will have to come to terms with your prior actions and their consequences."
Prison records show Masterson will be eligible for parole in July 2042. The 47-year-old will be 66 years old by then.
